Standard Posted by Juniper Posted on August 13, 2013 Posted under Uncategorized Comments 2 Comments A pittance. 517 words. That’s it. That’s all I got done today. 517 more words towards the novel. That’s a fingernail where I need a whole body. Why can’t I seem to focus and make real progress? Advertisements Share this:TwitterFacebookGoogleLike this:Like Loading... If you write just 517 words for the next 30 days by the end of it you’ll have 15510 words! Reply I agree with Katie. 517 words is much better than nothing. If you keep thinking about your story and your characters then they’ll catch hold of your imagination eventually, and until then 517 words will get you through the hard bits, even if only slowly.
